How to Request Email Design and/ or Payment Link-


  1. Access the form via the link at the bottom of this page. Please complete the entire form.

  2. Completed forms are sent to the Communications Coordinator, Katie Tudor-Thomas, and the Website & Online Sales Coordinator, Frances Sewell.  These forms are sent automatically so no need to do anything else after completing and sending the form.

  3. Communications Coordinator will send a draft of the Evite/ invitation/email for approval.  

  4. If requesting an email creation AND a payment link, the Communications Coordinator will email any images (ie, copy of the approved invitation) to the Website & Online Sales Coordinator to use for the payment link.

  5. Please use this form for all email and payment link requests.  The Communications Coordinator and the Website & Online Sales Coordinator have many emails and payment links to create and monitor so the form allows for information for each event to be kept in one central place.  Anyone emailing or texting requests to the Communications Coordinator and/ or the Website & Online Sales Coordinator will be directed to the online form.
