How many tickets are the boys required to sell?

  • Each boy is required to sell a minimum of ten tickets

How are the grand prizes and top prizes awarded?

  • All prizes and incentives are based on total dollar volume of sales. Please watch the deadlines for all individual items. The deadline to win prizes will be Wednesday, September 29th

at 11:59 p.m.

How do we order tickets since we didn’t receive the ten tickets sent home this year?

Go to Spaghetti Supper Online Link and click on Tickets to place order for carryout, dine-in or donate the ticket value to the Mothers Club.  Number of tickets can be increased in quantity on the checkout page.  Be sure to scroll down and insert student name to receive credit for the purchase.

When is the last chance to order items?

HOCO Shirts                            Until sold out

Dessert Designs Boxes            Monday, September 27th at 10:00 pm

Bake Sale Punch Card             Until last day of Bake Sale, Thursday, September 30th

What happens if I buy the tickets but want to let family and/or friends use them?

If you want to give your paid tickets to someone outside your immediate family, please share the number of tickets they have under your online ticket order and they will check in using your last name.

What’s the difference between purchasing a carry out ticket and a dine in ticket?

If you plan to enjoy the meal on campus before the football game choose “Dine-in” and check in on Friday, October 1st in The Burkholder Wellness Center.

If you plan to take the meal home choose “Carryout” and pick up your meal on Friday, October 1st from 3-5pm in the MBA Garage off Lowry Circle.

 

If I purchase a donated ticket what happens?

All donated tickets go to the MBA Mothers Club.  Funds raised are used to support special programs for the students and faculty.

How do I find out how many tickets I’ve sold?

Advisors will have a list of tickets sold by Wednesday, September 22nd.

Students can also go to the Dining Hall lobby on the following days to ask about number of tickets sold:

Tuesday, September 21st

Thursday, September 23rd

Monday, September 27th

Tuesday, September 28th

 

Are there any vegetarian options for the dinner?

We are not able to accommodate dietary restrictions for these meals.

What is a Homecoming Favor?

Every girl loves a HOCO t-shirt and this is a fun way to gift your date a t-shirt folded and tied with a beautiful ribbon.  A 10-inch red rose will be tucked in the ribbon.

Why do the boys want a Bake Sale Punch Card?

The $10.00 punch card is an easy, convenient, and preferred way for the boys to make Bake Sale purchases.
