Spaghetti Supper All You Need to Know

The Spaghetti Supper is a community builder leading up to the MBA Homecoming Game raising money to benefit students and faculty through the Mothers Club.  Please refer to the Calendar for a list of all Spaghetti Supper events and opportunities.

 

Prizes are awarded to the boys weekly and at the end of the fundraiser based on dollar amounts of all sales (tickets, t-shirts, mums and dessert design boxes). All orders must be in by Tuesday, October 18^th at noon to win the grand prizes.

 

Each boy is required to sell a minimum of 10 Spaghetti Supper Tickets

MBA and Dessert Designs Dessert Boxes have teamed up again this year to create a special MBA Spaghetti Supper box full of delicious items.

• Bake Sale Punch Card

Purchase a $10 punch card so your son can enjoy treats during the Bake Sale on campus.  This is a preferred method of payment and much easier than using cash on the day of. 

SUPPORT SECOND HARVEST 

• Donate critical canned food items and peanut butter (Oct. 4^th – 7^th)

Oct 5^th - PEANUT BUTTER DAY

• Print the MBA Student Sales Flyer, update with your information and deliver to family, friends, and neighbors.

Delivery and Pick Up (add these dates to your calendar!)

What happens if I buy the tickets but want to let family and/or friends use them?

If you want to give your paid Spaghetti Supper tickets to someone outside your immediate family, please forward the receipt email (including the number of tickets purchased) to present at carry out or the in person dinner.  Be sure the receiver of the tickets knows if they are to be used at Carry Out or the In Person Dinner.

What’s the difference between purchasing a carry out ticket and a dine in ticket?

If you plan to enjoy the meal on campus before the football game choose “Dine-in”.  Spaghetti Supper will be served from 5-7pm on  October 21^st in The Burkholder Filed House.

If you plan to take the meal home choose “Carryout” and pick up your meal on Friday, October 21^st from 3-5pm in the MBA Wilson Garage.

If I choose to donate what happens?

All donated funds go to the MBA Mothers Club.  Funds raised are used to support special programs for the students and faculty.  These funds are accounted for in tabulating prizes and incentives for the boys.  If you choose the “donate” option, there will not be an actual meal associated with your order.

How do I find out how many tickets I’ve sold?

Advisors will have updated list of tickets sold on September 30^th, October 4^th, 7^th, 11^th, and 17^th.

Are there any vegetarian options for the dinner?

We are not able to accommodate dietary restrictions for these meals.

What is a Date T-Shirt?

Every girl loves a HOCO t-shirt and this is a fun way to gift your date a specially wrapped t-shirt. Be sure to choose the “gift wrap” option (will add $5 to order) within your t-shirt purchase to ensure the date t-shirt will be specially packaged.

Why do the boys want a Bake Sale Punch Card?

The $10.00 punch card is an easy, convenient, and preferred way for the boys to make Bake Sale purchases.

What if I don’t have time to bake for the Bake Sale but still want to help?

We will bake for you.  Just choose “bake sale donation” in the Spaghetti Supper Store to donate funds.

Do I need a separate ticket to the football game?

YES!  Your Spaghetti Supper ticket is for the meal (dine in or carry out) only.  Football Tickets  need to be purchased separately.
