All You Need To Know About Montgomery Bell Academy’s 81st Spaghetti Supper!

Please refer to the Calendar for a list of all Spaghetti Supper events and opportunities.
Raffles take place weekly and Prizes are awarded at the end of the fundraiser based on dollar amounts of tickets sold and Second Harvest food donations.  Each boy is required to sell a minimum of 10 Spaghetti Supper Tickets and encouraged to give donate items during our Second Harvest support week.
Students can pick up their 10 paper tickets in person during lunch OR if a student prefers to sell some (or all) of his tickets electronically, he may do so by accessing THIS LINK through the Mothers Club Website. It is up to the boy to decide how he wants to sell his tickets - electronically OR physical tickets OR both.

What’s the difference between purchasing a carryout ticket, a dine-in ticket and donating a ticket?
If you plan to enjoy the meal on campus before the football game choose “Dine-in”.  Spaghetti Supper will be served from 5-7pm on October 10 in the Burkholder Field House.
If you plan to take the meal home choose “Carryout” and pick up your meal on Friday, October 10 from 3-5pm in the MBA Lowry Garage.
If you are unable to attend Spaghetti Supper and would still like to support us, choose "Donate".
What if I'm late and carry out has closed?
All unclaimed meals will be moved to the Fieldhouse for pick up.  Purchaser will need to park and access the Burkholder building via the front door.
If I choose to donate what happens?
All donated funds go to the MBA Mothers Club.  Funds raised are used to support special programs for the students and faculty.  These funds are accounted for in tabulating prizes and incentives for the boys.  If you choose the “donate” option, there will not be an actual meal associated with your order.
How do I know if my student has met his requirement of 10 tickets sold?
Advisors will have updated lists of required tickets sold on September 29 and October 6.
If my student has sold his 10 required tickets and would like to sell more, how does that work?

Paper ticket exchange days take place during lunch, Tuesday-Thursday, September 16, 17, 18, 23, 24, 25, and 30, October 1, 2 and 7.  Additional tickets may be requested at this time.

Electronic tickets of any number may be sold, at any time.
Is there a gluten free option for the dinner?
We do have a gluten free option.
May I place a Bulk Order for meals?

Yes! Bulk Meals (over 20 meals) may be placed by contacting Heather Traylor at hchipps1@yahoo.com. The bulk order deadline is Monday, October 6.
How are tickets used for Carryout?

Paper tickets may be used for pick up during Carryout. Please present the number of tickets (or email reflecting number of electronic tickets purchased) equal to the number of meals desired during pick up (Friday, October 10 from 3-5pm in the Lowry Garage).
What is a HOCO Date T-shirt & Gift Bag?
Every girl loves a HOCO T-shirt and this is a fun way to gift your date a special HOCO themed T-shirt in a decorative gift bag. Be sure to choose a size (M/L normally appreciated for tying and tucking options!)
Why do the boys want a Bake Sale Punch Card?
The $10.00 punch card is an easy, convenient, and preferred way for the boys to make Bake Sale purchases.
What if I don’t have time to bake for the Bake Sale but still want to help?
We will bake for you. Just choose “bake sale donation” in the Spaghetti Supper Store to donate funds.
Do I need a separate ticket to the football game?
YES!  Your Spaghetti Supper ticket is for the meal (dine in or carry out) only.  Football Tickets  need to be purchased separately.
Are there parking options for those in need of physical assistance?

MBA will have a staffed golf cart availability for those in need of assistance. The golf cart will monitor patron needs in the Montgomery Bell Avenue parking lots. If you have mobility issues, consider being dropped off on Massey Hill for a quick golf cart ride to the Burk.
